About the Sibson Road Building

The Sibson Road Building is situated on the Car Park at the junction of Sibson Road / Birstall Road / Wanlip Lane (The 'Triangle').

The building is currently undergoing a total renovation which has already included new windows and doors. We have been fortunate to have a band of young volunteers led by the Youth Worker at Longslade Community College who have painted the inside of the building. Work is still to be carried out on improving the kitchen and toilet facilities.

The Sibson Road Building has three internal rooms - one is used by Leicestershire Police and the second is shared between the Drop-In Centre (Youth Worker) and St John Ambulance. The third room - which is the largest - is used in the evenings by various clubs but is available for hire during the day. It is ideal for a jumble sale or small meeting.
