Main Gala Day - Sunday 6th July 2008

THE SILHOUETTES BAND have been playing at the Birstall Gala for a number of years now.
The 2008 Gala saw the return of this popular band.

THE FOSSE SWING BAND have also been playing at the Gala for many years, playing a variety of sing-along well-known favourites.

THE 'BEAT THAT' BAND perform their Robbie Williams tribute. This was the first appearance of the band at the Gala. You can contact the band by visiting their Robbie Tribute Band website and also on the Band website

THE JUNCTION 21 BAND were established in 2006. This Leicester based band played hits from the start of swing - including Glen Miller, Louise Armstrong to Latin America and Jive - through to modern day chart toppers including - Buble and Robbie Williams.
